Duties

• Conduct quality control tests on raw materials and finished products to ensure compliance with FDA regulations and CGMP standards.
• Perform laboratory procedures including microbiology, histology, and molecular biology techniques.
• Utilize Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) for data collection, analysis, and reporting.
• Collaborate with research & development teams to support product development initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records of experiments, test results, and observations in accordance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).
• Assist in the training of new lab personnel on laboratory techniques and safety protocols.
• Ensure that all laboratory equipment is properly maintained and calibrated.
• Analyze data to identify trends or issues in product quality and communicate findings to management.
