You will be the Quality Engineer Staff for the Quality Engineering team. Our team is responsible for delivering world‑class missile production quality and continuous improvement across the PAC‑3 MSE program.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Quality Engineer Staff you will be responsible for shaping the quality culture, driving performance, and mentoring talent on the manufacturing site.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to :
Implement and verify contractual quality requirements while interfacing daily with production sites.
Lead failure analysis, Material Review Board activities, and corrective‑action processes.
Interpret engineering specifications and ensure acceptance of quality products.
Partner with Integrated Product Teams to drive continuous improvement and compliance.
Develop and deliver technical training that strengthens the Quality Management System.

Ability to Work Remotely : Part-time Remote Telework : The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules : Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position : 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
