As an International Engagement Partner, you will oversee large projects / relationships while developing and organizing an advanced and driven team. In this role, you will focus on structuring work / analytics, resolving conflicts, collaborating with Senior Executives and serving as an expert / contributor role to improve and enhance internal CCIEM effectiveness. A caregiver in this position works a hybrid schedule from 8 : 00AM - 5 : 00PM.

A caregiver who excels in this role will :

• Manage and lead projects or relationships, including facilitating meetings, creating / delivering presentations, problem-solving, setting and driving goals / timelines, designing / conducting analytics and developing implementation plans.
• Manage teams in execution of projects / management of relationships, including CCIEM members and caregivers / executives outside the CCIEM (and potentially outside CC).
• Participate in the development of CCIEM toolkit / perspective on area of expertise, including conceptual framework, standardized analytics, standardized processes, tools / templates and training.
• Build relationships with senior executives on projects / relationships and work with those leaders to facilitate decisions.
• Lead major CCIEM projects to set the CCIEM agenda, improve team effectiveness / engagement, improve people processes, skill-build, etc.
