Office Administrator / Accounting Clerk Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Process invoices and submit for payment using email and Open Invoice
  • Enter invoices and pay bills using Quickbooks
  • Reconcile Business Credit Card Statements and bank statements
  • Maintain Files
  • Maintain Vehicle, Business and Employee Insurance
  • Vehicle registration renewals
  • Retrieve mail from post office and make deposits to bank
  • Answer phones and respond to emails
  • Order supplies

Essential Skills and Qualifications

  • High School Diploma
  • Eligible to work in the US
  • Attention to detail
  • Computer Proficiency
  • Open Invoice and Quickbooks knowledge
