$1,911 to $1,970 per week

About The Position

If you're interested in making a significant impact as a Physical Therapist (PT) in Skilled Nursing Facility - SNF setting this SILVER CITY, NM position might be what you are looking for!

Responsibilities :

  • Assess patients' physical abilities and develop personalized treatment plans
  • Provide therapy to improve mobility, strength, and functional independence
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Educate patients and families on exercise programs and injury prevention
  • Monitor and document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Implement interventions in various settings
  • Participate in discharge planning and coordinate follow-up care for continued rehabilitation

Qualifications :

  • Doctorate in Physical Therapy
  • NM Physical Therapist PT license
  • Current BLS / CPR Certification
