Role Definition
Implements complex organizational change initiatives that enable the organization to achieve greater performance.
Responsibilities
- Conducting needs analysis and impact assessment to determine the most effective approach for implementing change.
- Providing consultation and recommendations to stakeholders to manage organizational change.
- Influencing and leading people to adoption of the organization's change initiatives to attain business results.
- Carrying out organizational change programs and activities and ensuring consistent and timely execution of change implementation plans.
Skill Required

Summary Pay Range : $116,532.00 - $216,384.00 Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
