Descripción del trabajoOn-going, guaranteed base salary up to $350,000 depending on experience. Additional call pay with wRVU compensation brings total earning potential to $400K+. 6+ weeks of PTO plus 40+ hours of CME w / $4,000 stipend. Comprehensive benefits including innovative retirement plan, health, dental, and vision coverage. Recruiting incentives with student loan repayment up to $30,000 / year, signing bonus, retention bonus and more. Malpractice insurance with tail provided. This independent Critical Access hospital is looking for a Primary Care physician to join their collaborative group. This position offers strong compensation with excellent benefits, a flexible, 4-day work week, and dedicated support staff. Position Highlights
- Practice full scope Family Medicine (no OB) and provide care to a diverse patient population.
- IM physicians encouraged to apply and work with an aging population.
- 4-day work week with just 32 clinical hours allows for a great work / life balance.
- 30-minute appointment lengths provide time to build relationships with your patients.
- Limited 1 : 8 call with additional pay.
- Visa support provided.
