Employment Counsel

A company is looking for an Employment Counsel.

Key Responsibilities

Provide daily legal counsel to HR and ER teams on employment issues

Support active litigation matters, including managing discovery and witness preparation

Conduct internal investigations and draft responses to government agency inquiries

Required Qualifications

Juris Doctorate from a top-tier law school and active license in at least one jurisdiction

8+ years of legal experience in employment law, preferably in a law firm or in-house

Experience advising HR departments at various organizational levels

Proven track record in negotiating settlements and resolving employment matters

Strong business judgment and professionalism
