A Stand Alone Operator typically works independently on a designated machine or workstation, responsible for producing precision parts from start to finish without relying on a team-based workflow. This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage production tasks solo.

Work Environment
Work the off shift in a fast-paced precision machining facility. You will be exposed to heat, noise, and industrial equipment. The environment is team-oriented, with a strong focus on quality and continuous improvement. The facility is a family-owned business established in 1987, located in a 130,000 Sq. Ft. manufacturing space on 10 acres in Union, Illinois, with approximately 140 employees. The company runs three shifts around the clock, seven days a week, using over 90 pieces of manufacturing equipment, including Matsuura and Makino Vertical & Horizontal Machining Centers. The facility is ITAR Compliant and registered as an approved Department of Defense Contractor, offering opportunities to work with a variety of markets such as Hydraulics, Agriculture, Medical, and more.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of UNION, Illinois.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00 / hr.
