Mortgage Broker Support Specialist

A company is looking for a Broker Support Specialist to assist clients during the origination lifecycle of a loan.

Key Responsibilities

Act as a subject matter expert on loan products and underwriting requirements

Maintain communication regarding condition status and manage a pipeline of active loans

Assist clients in understanding and meeting underwriting conditions and compliance needs

Required Qualifications

Three years or more experience in mortgage operations or a mortgage support function

Preferred experience with Wholesale mortgage and Encompass

High School graduate or equivalent

Ability to handle difficult situations and manage daily priorities

Proficiency in typing and online data operations
