Descripción del trabajoMonitor and control dormitory conditions; evaluate situations and conditions within the dormitories and make decisions or recommendations to management. Perform administrative duties involving student passes leaves evaluations progress reports negative incident reports emergencies and terminations. Provide proper guidance to students to ensure positive group living relations and achievement in the program. Direct dorm activities as designated. High School Diploma or equivalent and one year experience working with youth. Supervisory experience preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and computer proficiency required Valid drivers license with an acceptable driving record

Wage - $45760 annually
Schedule Full Time 8hr shifts Monday Friday

Whatyou will be doing : Youll be responsible for the management of assigned residential living dorms which include a safe and homelike atmosphere dormitory and maintenance social skills dorm culture and student leadership.
