About the Role

We’re hiring a Tax Manager on behalf of our client, a mission-driven public accounting firm focused on delivering high-touch service to private clients and high-net-worth individuals. This position is ideal for a CPA with at least five years of experience in tax compliance and planning for individuals, estates, trusts, and partnerships. The role offers flexibility, remote work options, and a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive tax planning and compliance services to high-net-worth individuals, trusts, estates, and partnerships
• Develop and implement customized tax strategies to meet client financial goals
• Use tax preparation and practice management software to streamline workflow and ensure accuracy
• Communicate with clients and internal teams using secure digital platforms
• Stay current with evolving tax laws and industry standards
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to best practice development
