What You’ll Do

• Lead and manage projects across healthcare, higher education, K-12, and high-end self-storage sectors
• Deliver design leadership from concept through completion
• Oversee project scope, schedule, budget, and interdisciplinary coordination
• Represent the firm with clients, stakeholders, and community partners
• Drive business development opportunities and expand into new markets
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients while strengthening long-term relationships

What You Need

• Licensed Architect (AIA) with 10+ years of experience
• Strong project management background
• Experience — or natural aptitude — for business development
• Ability to lead design, coordinate teams, and maintain project accountability
• A community-minded professional with established local connections preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; additional software experience a plus
