Location : Houston, TX

Seniority Level : Associate

Salary Range : $40,000 - $52,000 USD

The salary range above represents the low and high end in the local currency of Xerox's salary range for this position and is reflected in an annualized amount. Actual salaries will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, market competition, and / or the successful applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities. The range listed is just one component of Xerox's total compensation package for employees. Employees are also afforded a comprehensive suite of benefits.

Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule conference center bookings
  • Set up and reconfigure furniture for conference center
  • Complete work order requests generated through F.A.S.T.
  • Process building maintenance work
  • Perform furniture movement, employee relocation assistance and in-house material relocation
  • Deliver and set up A / V equipment, coordinate and maintain a log for A / V equipment for corporate office conference rooms
  • Coordinate outside vendor and building maintenance incidents for quick resolution
  • Organize and maintain facilities storerooms on designated floors
  • Report maintenance and safety issues
  • Maintain corporate vendors list
  • Assists in documenting procedures to ensure planned absences do not interrupt or delay deliverables for the account
  • Collaborate with service teams and escalate major incidents as needed

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, organize, and work to scheduled delivery of output
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
  • Strong verbal and written business communications
  • Problem resolution and escalation management skills
