Salary range 005 : $81,400 -

$101,800 (Salary will be determined based on skills,

education, training & experience related to the

position.)

What’s involved in this role :

We are looking for

Project Engineers - Yield Optimization in Weyauwega, WI and Little

Chute, WI.

Developing and implementing transformation processes to enhance

operational yield performance.

Collaborating with plant

management and corporate functions to define project scope, process

design, capital and expense estimates.

Selecting

contractors / vendors, specifying equipment.

Coordinating execution

plans with a focus on measurable results.

Assess plant equipment

and processes to identify deficiencies and improve raw material

usage.

Troubleshoot

problems, design solutions, and implement corrective actions.

Develop process designs,

equipment specifications, and cost estimates for optimization and

new installations.

Follow up on projects, considering impacts on staff, quality, and

safety, and manage budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective

completion.

Use data

from equipment and ERP systems to track raw material losses and

yield efficiency.

What you need to join our team :

1-5 years in project

engineering roles.

Experience in dairy, food,

or sanitary processes.

Chemical or Mechanical

Engineer Degree
