Marketing Program Coordinator
Equipment Finance Experience Required
This role is ideally based at our headquarters in Orange County, CA. Remote candidates may be considered if an exceptional fit, with required occasional travel to headquarters and key events throughout the year.
Alliance Funding Group (AFG), was founded in 1998 and has grown to become one of the largest privately held equipment finance companies in the U.S. AFG has funded over $3B in equipment leases, loans, and working capital to over 27,000 customers.
AFG is hiring a Marketing Programs & Content Coordinator to oversee and maintain the accuracy, consistency, and evolution of our marketing programs and messaging across all channels.
This is not a copywriter role. Its a coordination, review, and program focused position for someone who understands equipment finance and enjoys managing content at a high level, ensuring everything in market is current, and aligned.
What Youll Do
- Review, manage, and maintain all marketing content, including :
- Print collateral and program materials
- Email campaigns
- Paid advertising and industry publications
- Social media, video, trade show, and event marketing
- Proactively audit content for accuracy
- Company stats, years in business, transaction limits, rates, and program details
- Manage and maintain a centralized library of all current programs, campaigns, and approved messaging
- Review messaging used by different sales teams and industry verticals
- Propose updated language, new angles, or alternative ways to present existing offerings
- Proactively suggest campaign ideas, program updates, offers, or messaging shifts
- Present recommendations to the VP of Marketing for approval prior to design or production
- Identify outdated or inconsistent materials and recommend updates
Required Experience
Equipment finance, equipment leasing, or commercial lending experience is requiredFamiliarity with sales-driven marketing materialsStrong attention to detail and accuracyComfortable coordinating content across multiple teams and channelsCulture & Working Style
