Descripción del trabajoProven experience in Sourcing, Procurement, or Contract Management. Strong business acumen and a passion for continuous learning and improvement. Familiarity with SAP, ERP systems, and eSourcing platforms, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office tools. Knowledge of Six Sigma, Lean methodologies, and project management principles. Professional certifications in Supply Chain, Procurement, or Contract Management are preferred. Strategic Sourcing Specialist
Our client, an industry leader in supply chain and procurement solutions, is seeking a Strategic Sourcing Specialist to join their team. As a Strategic Sourcing Specialist you will be part of the Strategic Sourcing Department supporting global procurement initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong negotiation skills, strategic thinking, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.
Location : Phoenix, AZ
Pay Range : $37
What's the Job?
- Lead commodity negotiations and manage supplier relationships to optimize procurement outcomes.
- Draft, review, and manage contractual documents such as NDAs, Letters, Novations, and Amendments in collaboration with Legal and Contracts teams.
- Prepare and submit comprehensive compliance packages, including supplier scorecards, FAIR data, and SAP updates.
- Manage RFQ packages, process vendor and material master changes, and validate demand data.
- Support system and process improvements by maintaining contract management tools and resolving procurement portal issues.
