PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Participate in supply chain projects within the value stream with consideration to the entire supply chain (plan, source, make, deliver)
• Provides a high degree of planning analysis to support decision making
• Optimize supply planning parameters that align with business requirements for service and inventory, including coordination of services and material to match production demands
• Identifies supply chain problem areas and drives improvement in service, reduce cost, and increase inventory turns, Utilizing Supply Chain and lean tools such as Kanban, 5Y, Plan-Do-Check-Act, value stream mapping and A3 thinking
• Collaborate with internal and external partners including suppliers, supervisors and team leads, logistics / warehouse groups and material planners

MUST HAVE QUALIFICATIONS :

SC / Purchasing / Logistics / Customer Service Experience

SALARY INFORMATION :

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to work experience, education, geographic location, certifications, etc. In addition to your pay, Andersen Corporation currently offers benefits such as comprehensive health benefits, 401k contribution, paid time off, 8 paid standard holidays, plus 2 floating holidays, a robust employee Wellbeing program, as well as profit sharing (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).

In 2023, Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $4,000 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
