Job Title : Gaming Systems Application Owner

Job Summary :
We are seeking a skilled Gaming Systems Application Owner to manage the operational stability, performance, and continuous improvement of gaming-related applications. This role is the primary point of accountability for shipboard and shoreside systems, ensuring applications meet business needs, operate reliably, and comply with technology and security standards.
Key Responsibilities :
- Serve as the operational owner and technical SME for gaming systems across shipboard and shoreside environments.
- Monitor system performance, manage incidents, and coordinate resolution of issues.
- Act as the main contact for business teams, IT, vendors, and support partners.
- Support application enhancements, configuration changes, and release deployments.
- Maintain documentation, operational procedures, and knowledge artifacts.
- Collaborate with compliance, security, and audit teams to ensure regulatory adherence.
- Provide guidance and troubleshooting to shipboard teams.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and system optimization.
- Participate in post-incident analysis and vendor management activities.
Education & Experience :
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.3 8 years in application support, application ownership, IT operations, or business systems support.Experience defining strategy, owning a roadmap, and driving execution.Experience with end-to-end product delivery and supporting enterprise applications in production environments.Exposure to casino management systems, gaming systems, or regulated technology environments is a plus.Experience supporting 24 / 7 operational environments (hospitality, travel, retail, gaming) preferred.Qualifications :
Strong understanding of application lifecycle management, production support, and enterprise technology concepts.Familiarity with incident, problem, and change management practices (ITIL concepts a plus).Awareness of security, compliance, and regulatory considerations in operational systems.Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.Ability to translate operational business needs into technical requirements.Excellent written and verbal communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences.Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.Comfortable working independently and collaboratively with vendors and cross-functional teams.Proficient with business and collaboration tools (ticketing systems, Microsoft Office / 365, ZenDesk, ServiceNow, Wrike).Strong proficiency in data analysis using SQL and Excel.Compensation & Benefits :
