Job Description

Functioning under the clinical guidance of the Chief Nursing Officer, the staff nurse (LPN) participates in the assessment and care of clinic patients. This involves a variety of tasks requiring judgment born of solid knowledge and expertise in general nursing theory. The duties include, but are not limited to :

• Thorough documentation in electronic health record at every visit.
• Maintains a clean environment
• Injections administered using the 7 patient administration rights
• Timely call backs to patients
• Assists with referrals as needed
• Daily checking and response to email communications
• Daily team huddles
• Active, positive interaction with healthcare delivery team

Location

This is a floater position. Will work in any / all CareSouth Carolina medical offices with locations in Chesterfield, Darlington, Dillon, Lee, and Marlboro Counties.
