What Youll Be Doing :

• Lead, supervise, and mentor art handlers, including freelance and temporary staff, on day-to-day and large-scale projects.
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee complex off-site installations and de-installations, maintaining strict inventory controls.
• Manage third-party contractors including riggers, movers, and fabricators during field operations.
• Conduct site visits to assess project needs including labour, materials, and equipment.
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal departments, ensuring seamless coordination and exceptional service.
• Establish and maintain best practices for art handling, packing, and installation methods.
• Provide real-time feedback to management regarding team performance and project progress.
• Assist in training and development of art handling staff to ensure consistent standards.
• Step into the Art Handler / Driver role when needed, carrying out duties including transport and physical handling of artworks.
• Ensure safe operation of warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and dollies.
• Maintain accurate and timely reporting for all assigned jobs.
• Uphold company values, safety protocols, and ethical standards on every project.
