About The Position

We are

seeking a Locums Emergency Medicine Physician to provide high-quality care in a

comprehensive medical facility located in Fredericksburg, Virginia. This

hospital offers a full range of advanced services and technology, supporting a

diverse patient population with 24-hour emergency care and specialized

services.

Assignment

Details : Shift Type : 24-hour

coverage in a busy Emergency Department

Practice Setting : Hospital-based,

Level III NICU, full surgical and specialty support

Case Mix : Broad range of

emergency cases, including adult and pediatric patients

Responsibilities :

Provide comprehensive emergency

medical care to patients of all ages

Perform patient evaluations,

diagnosis, and treatment in a fast-paced setting

Collaborate with

multidisciplinary teams, including surgery, radiology, cardiology, and

intensive care units

Utilize hospital resources,

including advanced imaging and specialty services, to ensure optimal

patient outcomes

Admit, stabilize, and manage

critical cases, including trauma, cardiac, and neurological emergencies

Ensure accurate and timely

documentation of patient encounters

Qualifications :

Board Certified or Board Eligible

in Emergency Medicine

Active Virginia medical license

or IMLC eligible

ACLS, BLS, and PALS

certifications
