A company is looking for a Sales Development Manager to lead and develop a high-performing team in generating sales pipeline and achieving quarterly objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Recruit, hire, and train Sales Development Representatives while fostering their professional growth

Implement outbound calling programs and collaborate with Marketing on demand generation activities

Align daily activities of the Sales Development Representatives to meet quarterly goals

Required Qualifications

2+ years of Sales Development Leadership Experience in the Software / Technology (SaaS) space

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience (4 years)

2+ years of experience analyzing data and developing sales prospecting execution plans

Proven ability to coach and mentor team members

Experience developing a prospect pipeline through targeted outbound prospecting
