Fp&A Manager
The FP&A Manager provides a broad range of financial services to one or more schools within an assigned region including delivering / overseeing the delivery of financial support, and operating as a project manager working across multiple functions within the Stride organization to ensure delivery on long-term projects.
Essential Functions :
- Oversees delivery of financial services to school(s); Prepares / provisions financial reporting and other analytics; Oversees / Assists in developing annual budgets, monthly forecasts, and variance analysis;
- Implements and ensures compliance with the Company's and school's finance policies, internal controls and business processes; Manages school audits and ensures all tax filings are prepared and submitted;
- Becomes expert in school financials for states in which they manages school(s); Files statutory reports by state;
- Interacts with and provides financial support to School Board(s); Manages financial communication with School Board(s);
- Functions as project manager on local and corporate financial initiatives, working across multiple functions within the organization to ensure delivery on long-term projects / objectives;
- Prepares submissions for state and federal funding programs in a timely and accurate manner to include funding determinations, audit responses, and interim financial reports;
- Assists in the development of grant and other funding opportunities.
Supervisory Responsibilities : This position has no formal supervisory responsibilities.
Minimum Required Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, Math or a related field ANDFive (5) years of related experience OREquivalent combination of education and experienceOther Required Qualifications :

Compensation & Benefits : Stride, Inc. considers a person's education, experience, and qualifications, as well as the position's work location, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value when determining a new employee's salary level. Salaries will differ based on these factors, the position's level and expected contribution, and the employee's benefits elections. Offers will typically be in the bottom half of the range. We anticipate the salary range to be $70,202.25 - $120,966.00. Eligible employees may receive a bonus. This salary is not guaranteed, as an individual's compensation can vary based on several factors. These factors include, but are not limited to, geographic location, experience, training, education, and local market conditions.
