We are seeking an experienced Web Developer to work collaboratively with our IT team based in Anderson, California , with a hybrid schedule possibility. The successful applicant requires current authorization to work in the United States as Sierra Pacific does not provide a Visa sponsorship.

About the Position

• Take ownership of the full lifecycle of customer-facing and internal website applications
• Collaborate with users to understand and create project requirements and specifications
• Work independently and in a team environment to design, develop, and maintain browser-based applications and user experiences
• Proactively troubleshoot and test production issues
• Use critical thinking and effective communication to solve problems and provide solutions with varying degrees of complexity
• Be resourceful and proactive in gathering information and sharing ideas
• Provide direct technical support to users and staff
• Promote a positive, team-oriented, collaborative, and problem-solving focused work environment

The general wage range for this position at Sierra Pacific Industries is from $70,000 to $125,000 per year, and is dependent upon a number of factors, including, but not limited to : relevant work experience, skill, knowledge, and / or education.
