Job Summary :
We are seeking a Shop Operations Manager to join our team at our Omaha, Nebraska location. This position is responsible for performing maintenance and repairs on semi-trucks and heavy equipment. This is a 1st shift position, typically working Monday to Friday from 8 : 30 am to 5 : 00 pm. Overtime opportunities may be available based on the business needs of the shop.
Shop Operations Manager Duties :
- Prepare work orders
- Manage asset maintenance
- Coordinate shop duties and third-party vendor repairs
- Assist mechanics with services and repairs
- Provide training and development to mechanics
- Perform other duties as assigned
