Executive Assistant to Vice Presidents and Risk and Safety Director | New Hope

Responsibilities :

  • Provide high-level administrative support to assigned executives, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and preparation of materials.
  • Organize, prepare, and edit presentations for internal and external meetings.
  • Support the marketing team with the creation and distribution of communication materials both in print and on social media.
  • Track safety and L&D metrics and maintain data collection.
  • Draft and review correspondence, reports, and other documents while maintaining consistency with organizational branding standards.
  • Plan, coordinate, and support logistics for events, meetings, and presentations.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, process expense reports, and perform other executive support tasks as required.
  • Ensure timely communication and follow up on action items from meetings and correspondence.
  • Act as a liaison and collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, Field Operations, Branch Managers, Department Managers, and Administration staff.
  • Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and proactively identify opportunities to streamline processes.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned in support of the executive team.

Experience and Education Requirements :

  • Associate or bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of executive experience, preferably supporting multiple senior leaders, 6+ years of office managerial experience preferred.
  • Experience supporting marketing projects or campaigns is highly preferred.

  • Pay range $30-36 / hour DOE
