The Opportunity (Let's be real about it)

We're expanding our recruiting team with contract-to-hire recruiters who aren't afraid of a challenge. This remote role requires someone based in the United States, ideally near our client hubs : San Francisco, New York City, Los Angeles, or another major metro area.

Fair warning : This isn't your laid-back recruiting gig. You'll be working in a fast-paced staffing environment where filling roles quickly isn't just preferred—it's expected. But for the right person, this intensity is exactly what makes the job exciting.

What You'll Actually Do

• Own entire recruitment pipelines from sourcing to closing (yes, ALL of it)
• Get creative in finding new clients through cold calling, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and networking (rejection is part of the game)
• Bring hustle energy EVERY day to find candidates and get them in front of clients
• Maintain meticulous records in Recruiterflow (organization matters in chaos)
• Create job postings that actually attract talent
• Submit candidates with all the information decision-makers need
• Guide candidates through the process, making it smooth despite the pace
• Navigate the offer process, including tough salary negotiations
