What You'll Do :

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities when appropriate.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate property and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and monitor for unusual conditions.

Document and communicate any security-related incidents, hazards, or suspicious activity according to Allied Universal protocols.

Work collaboratively with property management and tenants to address security-related concerns and promote a secure environment.

Adhere to all assigned post orders and instructions specific to the commercial real estate location.

Minimum Requirements :

Being at least 21 years of age is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Alarm panel experience is preferred.

CPR and first aid certification is preferred.

Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
