Provider Recruitment Associate

A company is looking for a Provider Recruitment Associate to support the recruitment process for physician and advanced practitioner candidates.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with candidate inquiries and develop practice job descriptions

Manage sourcing activities and coordinate candidate interviews and recruitment events

Develop recruitment marketing materials and maintain a resource library

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree and at least one year of related experience preferred

Previous healthcare sales or recruiting experience preferred

Strong computer technology skills, including Microsoft Office and Salesforce

Proven ability to conduct efficient Internet research

Must comply with HIPAA rules and regulations
