Job Description Summary

Reporting to the VP of Subrogation Sales, this position requires a well-rounded consultative sales professional that will be responsible for growing revenues and profitability within the Subrogation insurance market at CCC. The Subrogation Sales position will be a part of a team solely focused on driving Subrogation sales, revenue and share opportunities across multiple accounts.

Job Duties

  • Meet Subrogation sales, revenue and assigned objectives
  • Help develop and implement an overall strategic plan for assigned and new accounts
  • Identify sales opportunities using a consultative sales strategy
  • Identify client’s “pain points” and strategically match CCC’s value propositions against them
  • Identify and qualify opportunities. Create a pipeline report to track sales cycle
  • Maintain and grow key account relationships
  • Maintain and improve client satisfaction through coordinated effort across CCC
  • Implement required sales process for existing and new accounts
  • Partner with existing account teams for potential areas of opportunity, but also have the autonomy to set new sales and account planning strategies that yield new business for the organization
  • Drive collaboration across internal stakeholders at CCC, including product management and product development
  • Drive and monitor account planning and execution to deliver maximum revenue potential

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree and or Master’s preferred
  • 5-8 years’ experience developing value propositions for products and success in product introduction and sales is preferred
  • Deep understanding of technical, business, and Subrogation industry knowledge is preferred
  • Must have experience and relationships in the subrogation market either at a technology vendor or TPA (service provider)
  • Must have experience carrying and meeting/exceeding quota
  • Familiarity with Salesforce preferred
  • Ambitious candidate with a strong service orientation and a passion for growth
  • Energetic, roll-up-the-sleeves self-starter with the ability to build relationships with decision makers in large Fortune 500 companies
  • The candidate must be an strategic thinker, who manages priorities effectively, and has a deep understanding of technical, business, and industry knowledge
  • Drives results regardless of ambiguity, change and unforeseen barriers
  • This individual will work in a strong team-oriented environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills: viewed as credible and trustworthy across the organization
  • Extensive experience operating at senior management levels is required
  • Strong personal and professional ethical values, impeccable integrity, and the energy level necessary to match the demands of this position
  • Familiarity with consultative analytics and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional communications written and verbal
