Descripción del trabajoPerform personal care activities for residents Completes daily skin checks and reports changes to nurse immediately Participates in the dining experience, i.e., serving, clearing, cutting & feeding- based on residents' strengths Shares resident preferences with other staff using appropriate communication methods Maintains continuity of care daily by timely documenting and communicating care tasks completed with each individual resident assigned in the point of care kiosk Attends and actively participates with Interdisciplinary Team Care Plan meeting to identify residents' strength based approaches and skills for assigned residents Assist residents with the use of adaptive equipment, including but not limited to : walkers, wheelchairs, eyeglasses, dentures and hearing aids Understands, uses and follow restorative nursing principles and practices to assist resident in maintaining their optimal level of function and maximize their strengths Reads and understands the individualized summary plan for residents, and provides support to the residents according to their summary and care plan Observes and identifies residents' changing needs and condition at first indication, and reports immediately to nursing as appropriate Takes and records vital signs & weights as instructed by nurse. Per Diem - All Shifts & Part Time Evenings

Collingswood Manor, a UMC Community in Camden County, is a 5-Star full-service senior living community that is a model in person-centered care community, located in beautiful Collingswood, NJ is seeking a Per Diem C.N.A in Assisted Living.
The CNA : Certified Nursing Assistant performs various non-professional nursing care activities and related services necessary to care for the personal needs and comfort of the residents.
Requirements for a CNA : Certified Nursing Assistant :
- High School Diploma or GED
- 6 months experience in a long-term care setting
- Current and valid CNA certification in New Jersey
