Position Summary : SolomonEdwards is looking for a Home Loan Specialist I for one of its mortgage clients to perform daily loan reviews to ensure the accuracy of loan findings. You will act as a key contributor to facilitate efficient and effective processes that support business and customer service objectives.

Position Details

Locations : Phoenix, AZ; Tampa, FL; St. Louis, MO; Plano, TX

Essential Duties

• Perform routine data entry and validation tasks.
• Initiate third-party orders (title, appraisal, hazard, flood cert, credit, etc.).
• Review and validate loan documents.
• Handle routine calls, emails, and / or chat responses.
• Monitor work queues and intervene as needed.
• Perform other related duties as required and assigned.
• Demonstrate behaviors that are aligned with the organizations desired culture and values.

Salary Range

SolomonEdwards values your unique and individual experience and background. As such, we take a comprehensive approach when determining compensation for our roles. The compensation for this specific role is based on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to, education, licensure and certifications, location, experience, and training. A reasonable estimate for the current hourly range for this role is $20-24.
