Overview

Paramount+ is seeking a Makeup Artist - PT for KCAL News on KCBS / KCAL in Los Angeles. KCAL News on KCBS / KCAL, the CBS Owned & Operated Duopoly in Los Angeles, is looking for a talented Makeup Artist to work with our on-air teams. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Base pay range

$41.43 / hr - $41.43 / hr

Responsibilities

• Experience doing professional makeup for television including close-up shots
• Work at a fast pace and provide touch ups when needed
• Should be able to do makeup fittings for newscasters and journalists
• Makeup Artist who stays up on the latest advances in professional makeup practices and tools
• Must practice safety standards and protocols, maintain a clean workstation and equipment
• Must be able to work early mornings, nights, and weekends, stand for long periods of time, and work well with a team
