High school diploma or equivalent (some college in recreation therapy, social work, or related field preferred). Must be able available to work weekends Experience working with seniors or in long-term care a plus. Friendly, energetic, and patient with strong communication skills. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Flexible to work some evenings, weekends, and holidays. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and assist residents (lifting up to 25 lbs).

What You’ll Do
- Assist in planning and leading group and individual activities (recreational, social, and therapeutic).
- Encourage resident participation and provide companionship.
- Help transport residents safely to and from activities.
- Support seasonal and special events (decorations, celebrations, etc.).
- Document participation and resident responses.
- Maintain activity supplies and safe, welcoming activity spaces.
