Key Responsibilities
Manage assigned member caseload with a focus on enhancing member experience and engagement
Coordinate and resolve elevated member issues, acting as the primary contact for inquiries and concerns
Facilitate communication between members, clients, and legal representatives while maintaining accurate documentation
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
Bachelor's Degree
Experience in client-focused solutions based on customer needs
Experience in billing, insurance, healthcare, or legal environments is a plus
