StretchLab Glastonbury is seeking a motivated General Manager to lead our studio operations, grow our membership base, and inspire a high-performing team dedicated to improving lives through movement.

  • General Manager 📍 Location : Glastonbury, CT 💰 Base Salary : $52,000–$55,000 annually (based on experience) 🎯 Bonus Potential : Up to $30,000 annually based on key business metrics 💪 Commission Structure : 10% commission on the first month of any recurring membership 5% commission on package sales Additional monthly performance-based commissions 🌟 About Stretch Ventures At Stretch Ventures , we’re passionate about helping people move better, feel better, and live better.

  • When you join our team, you’ll become part of a growing wellness movement — and play a key role in shaping its success at our Glastonbury studio.   🔹 What You’ll Do As the General Manager , you’ll take ownership of studio performance, sales, and team development — leading by example and creating a culture where staff and clients thrive.

Lead & Inspire :

  • Manage daily operations, coach your team, and create an energizing environment where employees are motivated to perform their best.

    • Drive Membership Growth :

  • Develop and execute local marketing initiatives, outreach programs, and partnerships to increase brand visibility and memberships.

    • Deliver an Exceptional Experience :

  • Ensure every client receives world-class service, from their first stretch to every return visit.

    • Operational Excellence :

  • Oversee scheduling, payroll, budgeting, and KPI tracking to optimize studio performance.

    • Team Development :

  • Recruit, train, and mentor Sales Associates and Flexologists, fostering a culture of growth and accountability.

    • Collaborate for Success :

  • Work closely with leadership to identify opportunities, implement growth strategies, and enhance overall client engagement. ✅ Who You Are We’re looking for a hands-on, performance-driven leader who thrives in fast-paced, people-oriented environments. 1+ years of management experience (fitness, wellness, or retail preferred) Proven ability to achieve sales and revenue goals Strong leadership skills with a talent for motivating and developing teams Excellent communication, organization, and customer service abilities Passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their goals Comfortable using digital tools, CRM systems, or AI-driven platforms to enhance operations 💰 Compensation & Benefits We believe great leaders deserve great rewards.

    • Our compensation package supports both your financial growth and overall well-being. 💸 Compensation Package Base Salary :
