What Youll Be Doing

  • Lead and manage all operational aspects of a high-volume medical office, including staffing, scheduling, billing, and patient flow.
  • Develop and implement efficient workflows to enhance the patient experience and boost profitability.
  • Analyze KPIs, financial data, and staffing metrics to make data-driven decisions.
  • Ensure full compliance with Georgia state regulations, HIPAA, OSHA, and other healthcare standards.
  • Oversee human resources functions including hiring, training, onboarding, and employee performance evaluations.
  • Optimize billing and revenue cycle management processes, insurance contract negotiations, and vendor relations.
  • Act as the primary liaison between providers, staff, and external stakeholders.
  • Champion EHR system optimization and ensure seamless documentation and patient records management.

    • What You Bring

  • Bachelors degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field (Masters preferred).
  • 5+ years of progressive leadership in medical practice management, preferably in a multi-provider outpatient setting.
  • Deep understanding of healthcare operations, compliance, billing, and insurance in Georgia.
  • Proficiency in EHR systems (experience with Athenahealth, eClinicalWorks, or similar systems highly desirable).
  • Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets, reporting, and performance metrics.
  • A leadership style that is collaborative, accountable, and solutions-oriented.
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
