Base pay range

$160,000.00 / yr - $250,000.00 / yr

A well-established law firm is seeking an experienced attorney to join its General and Professional Liability practice group. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience handling complex litigation matters, including the defense of professionals, businesses, and insurers in liability and coverage disputes. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated attorney looking to take on significant responsibility within a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in all phases of litigation involving general and professional liability matters, including pre‑litigation evaluation, discovery, motion practice, mediation, and trial preparation.
• Analyze and interpret insurance policies and coverage issues.
• Draft pleadings, discovery responses, dispositive motions, and other legal documents.
• Conduct and defend depositions of parties, witnesses, and experts.
• Develop case strategies in consultation with supervising partners and clients.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and co‑counsel.
• Manage multiple matters with attention to detail and adherence to deadlines.
