Decision Support Analyst

A company is looking for a Decision Support Analyst to assist clients with business solutions and campaign management.

Key Responsibilities

Understand client data and ensure accurate data segmentation and formatting for marketing

Execute and analyze decision support processes to measure campaign efficiency and data integrity

Provide data analysis and recommendations to support technical operations and enhance client satisfaction

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

Strong understanding of relational database design and application

Knowledge of best practices in SQL, Campaign Management Tools, and Business Intelligence Tools

Familiarity with Information Technology practices and specific industry knowledge

Proven ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders
