A company is looking for a Support Technician to provide technical support and maintain IT systems for clients.
Key Responsibilities
Provide tier I and tier II technical support for workstations, servers, networks, and applications
Monitor computer and network operations, ensuring backup / recovery functions and administration tasks are completed
Communicate with clients to understand their technology needs and enhance their technology efficiencies
Required Qualifications
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Windows Server and O365 technologies
Knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP
Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware ESXi
Familiarity with backup solutions like Veeam Backup & Replication
Understanding of VPN client configuration and PC hardware troubleshooting
