RH is seeking a Guesthouse Housekeeping Associate to join our team in providing world-class service while being responsible for the overall cleanliness of guest rooms and facilities.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Consistently deliver first class service and a luxury experience
• Consistently uphold RH cleanliness standards in guest rooms and facilities
• Completes daily cleaning task assignments and projects in a timely manner
• Represent the RH brand through professional service, polished appearance, proper etiquette, verbal expression and demeanor
• Uphold and respect the safety and security of guest belongings while in room

OUR REQUIREMENTS

• Experience needed 2+ years as a Self Inspector
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to recognize and respond to multiple priorities
• Commitment to quality, detail focused on all levels
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Ability to uphold safety policies and adhere to PPE requirement
• Comply with brand quality assurance, uniform and appearance expectations and standards

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Sustained standing, walking, bending, stooping for extended periods of time
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs
