Behavior Analyst

This role involves conducting behavioral assessments, developing behavior intervention plans, and ensuring the implementation of behavioral support strategies within a supportive and dynamic environment. Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments including functional analyses, and client observations. Develop and oversee the implementation of behavior intervention plans (BIPs) tailored to each client's needs. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to integrate and coordinate care for clients. Provide training and support to caregivers and staff on effective behavior management techniques. Monitor and document client progress and adjust interventions as necessary. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations regarding behavioral therapy. Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to program development and evaluation. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Proficient in data collection and analysis for assessing client progress. Ability to develop and implement effective intervention strategies. Knowledge of regulatory standards governing behavior analysis.
