Packer (Weekend Night Shift) Location : Glencoe, MD Type : Long-Term Contract / Contract-to-Hire Pay : $18.87 per hour Schedule : Friday – Sunday, 6 : 00 PM – 6 : 00 AM (Overnights) About the Role We are seeking a Packer to join a leading medical device company located in Glencoe, MD. This is a weekend night shift opportunity offering a long-term contract or potential contract-to-hire for dependable, detail-oriented candidates. Please note : This facility is not accessible by public transportation. Reliable personal transportation is required. Responsibilities Perform manual inspection, labeling, and packaging of clinical and commercial products. Package finished products according to procedures and Quality specifications. Conduct in-process inspections of packaging and components to ensure consistent quality. Identify and remove defective products or packaging materials. Maintain accurate documentation of manufacturing activities, including device history records and inventory counts. Perform basic mathematical calculations to support batch record completion. Assist with inventory counts and participate in safety audits. Maintain clean and organized packaging stations and equipment. Comply with all personal protective equipment (PPE) and contamination control (gowning) procedures. Safely handle hazardous waste as required. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Minimum of 1 year of industry experience (manufacturing, packaging, or related field). Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a team environment. Good documentation practices and familiarity with basic computer applications. Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, static or rotating shifts, and overtime as needed.
