Senior Business Strategy Manager

A company is looking for a Sr. Business Strategy Manager - Planning.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage Sales Strategy projects, addressing roadblocks and providing guidance

Establish relationships with internal teams and act as a subject matter expert for strategic sales planning

Implement change management strategies to facilitate the adoption of new sales techniques and tools

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field and 4+ years of experience in related areas or equivalent experience

3+ years of experience in Near Term Strategy, Management Consulting, or Finance

4 years of experience in change management or sales enablement roles

Experience in leading cross-functional teams and projects

Program and project management experience, particularly in organization and detail management
