We're a nationally recognized insurance brokerage with a strong Florida presence — known for high standards, big relationships, and delivering real value to our clients. We're now looking for a Sales Leader to take our performance to the next level.

This is a rare opportunity to lead from the front, shape the culture of a high-performing team , and have a direct hand in defining how we win in an increasingly competitive market.

We're not looking for someone to "maintain" — we're looking for someone to grow, lead, and transform . You'll need to know the insurance landscape like the back of your hand, and you should be just as comfortable building a go-to-market strategy as you are jumping on a deal call with your team.

You'll be based in Florida, but your impact will be national.

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading a high-performing insurance sales team — coaching, hiring, developing
• Defining and rolling out sales strategies, playbooks, and performance frameworks
• Building and strengthening key client and market relationships across the region
• Working closely with executive leadership on revenue targets, team expansion, and operational alignment
• Representing the firm at industry events, client roundtables, and with top-tier prospects
