We are currently seeking a Full-Time Program Manager for our Behavioral Health Services Division. To manage and supervise the daily operations of client service; advocate for individual rehabilitation, growth, and development options; implement rehabilitation service plans and recommend adjustments to established support systems; ensure compliance with all applicable contract regulations and Agency policies and procedures. Receives general supervision from the assigned Director. Supervises and ensures training of the assigned Direct Care Staff and/or supervisory staff.
Other responsibilities, but not all inclusive;
· Coordinate and oversee the daily operations of the Program, to ensure a safe, secure, healthy, and pleasant environment in compliance with funding source and licensing requirements.
· Coordinate and review required program documentation, logs, and reports; ensure documentation is complete, accurate, and processed on a timely basis; submit special reports, as assigned.
· Participate in the analysis and identification of service delivery gaps, changes, and problems under the guidance of the Director and implement appropriate action plans.
· Participate in the evaluation of residential referrals and placements.
Qualifications:
· B.A./B.S. degree in Human Services/Social Sciences, Healthcare, or a related field, and 3-4 years of experience in the MH/MR or related field, at least 1-2 years of supervisory experience; or any combination of experience, education, or training that would provide the level of knowledge, skill, and ability required.
· Very good communication skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Good organizational skills.

· Requires the ability to lift, carry, fold, kneel, reach, stack, stoop, and bend, which may include direct intervention with clients.
· Must be available for local travel.
· Possess manual dexterity and fine motor skills.
· May require crisis intervention in emergencies.
· Possession of a valid driver's license.
· May be required to attend training to become a certified agency investigator. May conduct investigations and participate in the agency's on-call investigator rotation. This requires carrying a beeper and responding to investigation hotline calls during on-call beeper coverage.
