& Responsibilities for Optometrist:Qualifications:
Optometry background with proficiency in the assessment, treatment, management and evaluation of eye conditions and disorders.Ability to work independently on a daily basis.Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal and organizational skills.Ability to use EMR, text, email, the internet and to learn other healthcare related software.Self starter attitude with the desire to deliver quality, thoughtful and attentive care.Physical Requirements for Optometrist:
Ability to stand, to bend, and to lift.Ability to transport optometry equipment (maximum of 15 .May be occasionally required to transport patients in wheelchairs.Education & Qualifications:
.Current State professional license.Valid driver’s license.Travel:
This is a mobile position. Daily travel is based on the patient care requirements for the specified service area; your Practice. A valid driver’s license and the ability to drive significant distances on occasion is required.
