CI Analyst (CI / HUMINT Analyst)

Security Clearance :

  • Security clearance required TS / SCI with CI POLY or the ability to obtain CI POLY.

    • Desired experiences :

  • 12 Years full time in an intelligence analysis, management, or leadership position.
  • 8 years full-time as a HUMINT analyst in a strategic military intelligence of IC role.
  • Advanced Microsoft 365 proficiency
  • Must have knowledge and experience with ICD 203, 206, 300, 501, 704, and 707.
  • Must be able to perform other duties, responsibilities, and activities, as needed.
  • Must be willing to undergo and successfully complete a CI-scope polygraph examination with No Deception Indicated on a pre-appointment and periodic basis.

    • Desired education :

  • Master's Degree
  • DoD Intelligence Fundamentals; or Certified Defense All-Source Analysis Levels 1 and 2 (CDASA-1, CDASA-2); or Certified Collection Management Professional - Fundamentals (CCMP-F); or Intelligence Planner Certification.
  • USG all-source MOS or job producing analytical certification course or program.
  • HUMINT training - Joint Center of Excellence (HT-JCOE) - Joint CI / HUMINT Analysis and Targeting Course or DIA Targeting Officer Course (Fundamentals of HUMINT targeting (FHTC) or equivalent) or IC equivalent.
