Remote Nursing Assistant Manager

A company is looking for a Remote Nursing Assistant Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Provide scheduled on-call support to nursing staff and ensure continuity of care

Oversee performance, conduct interviews, and manage employee relations

Assist in maintaining 24 / 7 RN coverage and manage healthcare monitoring dashboards

Required Qualifications and Education

Experience in a nursing leadership role

Registered Nurse (RN) license required

Ability to manage on-call responsibilities effectively

Experience in employee coaching and performance management

Flexibility to adjust shifts as needed for adequate coverage
